Functioning of children's smartwatches

At Rebel Cactus you will find different models of gps kids smartwatches. From a 'MiNi' watch with gps, sos and (video) calling (no games), for the little ones, to the Rebel Cactus 'GO' with everything you find on the MiNi plus a closed and secure AppStore with whatsapp and more. A SIM card goes into all smartwatches. Through the GPS tracker in the free ParentApp you can always see where your child is and you can set safe zones where they are allowed to play. In addition, the 'GO' is packed with fun and educational apps that you as a parent can also easily manage with the ParentApp on your smartphone. From music and games to educational apps, you choose what is and is not on this unique kids smartwatch.

Rebel Cactus' various GPS kids smartwatches are suitable for all ages. From the 'MiNi' GPS watch to the Rebel Cactus smartwatch GO, which grows with your child and remains fun and educational for years to come. So the world opens up to them through play, while you as a parent remain in control of apps and content. With Rebel Cactus, kids wear their own cool smartwatch with pride and joy!

Shipping and delivery times

Netherlands
Do you order on working days before 9 pm? Then after receiving your payment we will ship Rebel Cactus the same day with PostNL. Usually the mailman delivers the package the next day or the day after. For orders over €11.50 shipping costs are free. If you order something small, complete your order for free shipping. Otherwise you pay €4.95 shipping costs.

Belgium
Are you ordering from Belgium and want your product delivered to Belgium? Then order on working days before noon. You will receive your order within two to three days, depending on PostNL.
For orders over €20,00 shipping costs are free. For orders below €20,00 you pay €6.95 shipping costs.

Germany
Do you order before 9 pm on weekdays? Then we will ship the Rebel Cactus on the same day with PostNL after receiving your payment. You will then receive the package within a few days. Shipping is free for orders over €20. Otherwise you pay €6.95 shipping costs.

More
For all other countries we also ship with GLS and DHL. You will always receive a track & trace so you can see exactly when to expect your Rebel Cactus order. Check the shipping costs per country here: FAQ

Can I pick up my order?
Rebel Cactus is an online webshop and does not have a pickup point. The order will be delivered from the warehouse, which is not at Hallofo B.V.'s business address.

Returns

Would you like to return a product to us? You can do so within 14 days of the invoice date, provided the product is in its original packaging. First contact our customer support colleagues at customersupport@rebelcactus.com. Always mention your order number, so we can help you quickly. We would like to hear the reason for your return and, if necessary, receive photos of the product and packaging.

Please note that in case of repair or replacement, the return costs are free of charge. In case of a return for refund, the shipping costs are for your own account, these will not be refunded when using the right of withdrawal.

Warranty

If the product you ordered is damaged/wrong due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customersupport@rebelcactus.com and include photos of the product.

If it is possible to fix the product then we will repair it.
If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new product.
If it is not possible to repair the product and we no longer have the product in stock, you will receive a refund. Please note, we can only help you if you have your invoice and/or order number for us. The order number and invoice can be found in the order confirmation you received in the mail with your order.

Note: The warranty is void if a defect has occurred as a result of or results from carelessness by you or someone else using the product for which it was not made. Please note! We unfortunately do not warranty smartwatches that have been dropped and have broken glass. The glass of the screen will never be able to break from inside by charging or hard pressing the button on the side.
Note: We do not warranty 2nd hand Rebel Cactus smartwatches, chargers and other 2nd hand Rebel Cactus products.
